Dave Kimball, age 56 of Elk Creek, passed away unexpectedly Friday, December 27, 2019 at his home.

Survivors include his son Tyler of Los Angeles, CA; daughter Dariane Kimball and significant other Bryce Howard of Mesa, AZ; fiancée Tammie Burns of Lincoln; mother Judy Kimball of Auburn; brother Mike Kimball of Auburn; sisters and brother-in-law Lori and Randy Gottula of Falls City, Michelle Kimball of Auburn; nieces and nephews Cassie and Brian Shaw, Todd and Kristin Gottula, Shanda and Andy Hall; other relatives and many, many friends.

A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, January 1, 2:00 p.m. at the Auburn High School in Auburn. Visitation will be at Hemmingsen Funeral Home Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 4:00 to 6:00. Burial of ashes will be at a later date in Sheridan Cemetery at Auburn.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
