Donna June Foye, 68, of Holton, KS, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, September 3, 2020. She was born June 3, 1952 in Atchison, KS, the daughter of Elmer E. and Clara “Jean” (McConnaughey) Kautz.

Donna had been a cosmetologist in Holton, a cook at Merry Manor and was a bartender and cook for many establishments in Holton, including Hamburger Inn, Fireside, Jack’s Tavern, Lone Spur and M & M Lounge. She also worked as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sac & Fox Casino and a Room Attendant at Prairie Band Casino.

She married Cecil Gunterman, they later divorced. He passed away also on September 3, 2020. She married Robert Skidmore on August 15, 1977 in Lyndon, KS, they later divorced. She married James Foye, they later divorced.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Jennifer Bontrager (Scott Fredrickson) of Holton, KS, Susan Beecham (Ryan Diehl) of Goff, KS and Bobbi Havenstein (John) of Manhattan, KS; 2 sisters, Sharon Pierson of Osage City, KS and Terri Anderson (Gary) of Horton, KS; 4 brothers, Ron Kautz (Connie) of Holton, KS, Larry Kautz (Sherry) of Texas, Tony Kautz of Atchison, KS and Kelly Kautz of Atchison, KS; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Patrick Skidmore in 1998; a sister, Connie Cress and 2 brothers, David Dean Kautz and Darrin Scott Kautz.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Family will greet friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening.
