Willis Lee “Willie” Amos, 77, of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at the Pawnee City Assisted Living, Pawnee City, Nebraska.  He was born on May 13, 1943 in Pawnee City, Nebraska to John and Cecile (Werner) Amos. 

Willie grew up on the family farm in Kansas. He loved working on the family farm and collecting collectables of many kinds.  He loved to wheel and deal on anything.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Pawnee City, Nebraska.  

Willie was preceded in death by his parents, John and Cecile Amos.

He is survived by several cousins and other relatives.

Funeral Services 2:00 p.m.,  Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska.  Officiating Chaplain Doug Delhay. Visitation on Tuesday, one hour before service at Wherry Mortuary, Pawnee City, Nebraska.   A livestream of services will be available on the Wherry Mortuary/Monument Facebook page for those not able to attend the service.
