Jerry L. ”Buffalo” Brammer, 67, of Onaga, passed away December 19, 2021 at his home.

He was born May 2, 1954, in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Frank and Hyacinth Menzel Brammer.  He graduated from Blue Valley High School in Randolph, Kansas in 1972. 

Jerry drove fertilizer rigs and applied fertilizer for the Manhattan Coop, Onaga Branch.  He was a true friend with a big heart and always put others ahead of himself.

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Survivors include a son, Jason Brammer (Sally); a sister, Judy Bebermeyer, (Garnet), and their two sons, Brad and Chad; and three grandchildren, Daisy, Jayden and Rose. 

A Celebration of Life will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Onaga with a visitation at 10:00.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.  Jerry will lie in state on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Onaga.   Memorials are suggested to the Elara Caring Hospice or the Fairview Cemetery and may be sent in care of the funeral home, PO Box 312, Onaga, KS  66521.
