Donna Jean Svanda 79 of Dubois, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 surrounded by her family at the Pawnee County Memorial Hospital.  She was born on April 17, 1942 in Pawnee City, Nebraska to Joseph and Blanche (Kunc) Svanda.

Survived by son Greg Blecha of Pawnee City, NE, son Doug Blecha of Beatrice, NE, granddaughters, Natalie Blecha of Tecumseh, NE, Nicole Wilkins of Auburn, NE

Services at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the Christian Church/United Presbyterian Church, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Officiating Pastor Howard Blecha. Visitation on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5-7 p.m. at Wherry Mortuary 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Interment at the Czech National Cemetery, Southwest of Humboldt.  The service will be live-streamed  on the Wherry Mortuary/Wherry Monument Facebook page.  Memorials to family choice.
