Shirley Jean (Trackwell) Noll, 86, of Winchester, KS, died Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Bridge Haven Memory Care in Lawrence, KS. 

Shirley was born July 3, 1935 at McLouth, KS, the daughter of Edward “Pete” and Belva Agnes (Harding) Trackwell.   She grew up in McLouth as an only child and was a 1953 graduate and Valedictorian of McLouth High School.  Shirley worked 19 years as a Deputy  Clerk of Jefferson County District Court, retiring in 1997. She formerly worked many years for James Swoyer, Attorney at Law. Shirley served many years as a Democratic Precinct Committee woman in Jefferson County. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Easton, KS, and a long time member of the Town and Country Extension Unit Club of McLouth.

Shirley was united in marriage to Joseph Anthony “Joe” Noll on January 22, 1955 in the Mooney Creek Community of rural Winchester, which brought her into Joe’s large family of eight brothers and sisters. They resided in Jefferson County their entire married life of 57 years and had seven children, which were her pride and joy. Joe preceded her in death on October 14, 2012.

She is survived by three sons and three daughters,  Cynthia (Louis) Peters, Grain Valley, MO, Greg (Mary Ann) Noll, Winchester, Edward (Angee) Noll, Winchester, Janelle (David) Miller, Emporia, Jeffrey (Rhonda) Noll, Valley Falls, Annette (Scott) Deghand, Berryton, 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by a son, Anthony “Tony” Noll on March 30, 1993.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Friday, April 1, 2022 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Easton. Burial will be at Corpus Christi Cemetery, Mooney Creek.  Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Barnett Family Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, followed by a Rosary recitation at 7:00 PM.  Memorials suggested to F.W.
