Edna “Lola” Rudder, 89, of Verdon, NE, passed away May 7, 2022 at Falls City, NE. She was born August 6, 1932 at Florence, AZ to Lee and Maudie (Johnson) Fulbright.

She married Bill Rudder on May 24, 1958 at Clark County, Nevada. He passed away August 10, 2021.

As a child, Lola moved to Blythe, CA where they farmed citrus groves. The family later moved to Escalon, CA in 1948. She worked in a cannery where she met and then married Bill. She became a housewife and enjoyed, gardening, canning, quilting and crafts. She belonged to a bowling league in Lincoln and played the mandolin, guitar and dulcimer.

Lola is survived by a sister, Elva Edward of Arkansas and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Lee Fulbright and a sister, Erma Johnson.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Verdon Cemetery with Pastor Mike Hader officiating.

No viewing or visitation. Friends may sign the guest registry during regular business hours at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
