Deborah Kay Earl Gilbert, 61, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died October 28, 2022 at the Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.

A service to celebrate Deb's Life will be on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:30 A.M. preceding the service. Interment will be in St. Leo- Cemetery, Horton, KS. Cremation care has been entrusted to the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.

Deborah was born in Atchison, Kansas on August 7, 1961, the daughter of Jerry C and Connie (Thompson) Earl. She was the oldest of five children.

She graduated from Atchison County Community High School, Effingham, KS, in 1979. On April 26, 1980 she married Timothy Gilbert at St. Louis Catholic Church. They later divorced.

Deb worked as a nurse- aide in numerous nursing homes in Northeast Kansas. The love of her life were her children and grandchildren.

Deb was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Ann Earl; son, Brandon Gilbert; father, Jerry Earl; brother-in-law, Jim Unverzagt; grandson, Riley VanVleck; and both sets of grandparents.

Survivors include her mother, Connie Earl; brothers, Jerry A. (Beverly) and Daniel L. (Amy) Earl; sister, Teresa (Cody Ekker) Unverzagt; daughter, Carrie (Joshua) Sinclair; son, Timothy (Jessica) Gilbert; grandchildren, Cody, Andrew, and Isaac Sinclair, Chase and McKena VanVleck, Brenda Middleton, Hailey, Jazmine and Hunter Gilbert and great granddaughter, Faith Baublit; Deb has many aunts, uncles and cousins.
