Eugene Beach

Eugene Keith Beach, 91, of Muscotah, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at his home in rural Muscotah, Kansas.

He was born on January 24, 1931 in Circleville, Kansas the son of Roy and Anna Wiekle Beach. After high school he served in the U.S. Airforce. Eugene then worked for TWA Airlines in Kansas City as an airplane machinist until he retired. On June 3, 1949 he married Luella Rose Brown in Holton, Kansas. She preceded him in death on November 25, 2013.

Survivors include a sister, Nona May of Topeka, Kansas; four grandchildren, Melissa Razo, Arlie Schmitter, Dylan Smith, Lennon Barber; sixteen great grandchildren, Nathan Smith, Kelsey Razo, Donovan Smith, Sara Headrick, Conner Razo, Emily Fritz, Sierra Fritz, Johnny Weese, Vitaly Smith, Ava Smith, Lily Smith, Alexis Barber, Shaconia Trueblood, Arian North, Malakai Barber, and Davina Barber; six great-great grandchildren, Virgil Wakolee, Eugene Wakolee, Emmett Wakolee, Leo Headrick, Jayden Weese and Jaylen Weese.

Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter, Joyce Gonzales, three brothers, Ivan, Victor and Virgil Beach, three sisters, Mary, Norma and Vivin and a grandson, Travis Smith.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas. Inurnment will be at the Muscotah Cemetery. A special message may be sent to the family at www.dishon-maple-chaney.com
