Beulah Lois Martinson, 90, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 in Valley Falls.

Beulah was born June 3, 1932 to Bessie Lois and Glennie M. Babcock on a farm northwest of Nortonville in Atchison County.

Beulah attended Nortonville School and Center county school. She received her GED and a took a college course.

She lived most of her life in Valley Falls helping run a 4 truck line business for 25 years. Then 5 years coast to coast truck driver followed by 19 years with the main telephone switchboard for the Department of Administration, State of Kansas.

Over the years she had belonged to the Valley Falls Saddle Club, Centenarian Club and Get Together Club.

Beulah and Frank were 24/7 free care givers for family and friends for years and were with them when they passed away.

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents; husband Frank D. Green, Jr; brother, George Babcock Sr., and in infant sister, Mary.

Survivors include her son, John Glen (Joyce) Roberson, 6 step-children; several step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. A private burial at a later date in the Nortonville Cemetery.
