Alma L. Dettmer, age 93 of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.

Survivors include her children Suzzy Thomas of Auburn, Jay (Suki) Fischer of Auburn, Karen (Bill) Wolf of Lincoln, Kristin Harms of Union; grandchildren Matt (Lyndsey) Harms, Katy (John) Billings, Ryan Thomas, Tami (Bo) Orton, Tara Caples, Salina (Doug) Fischer, Garrit (Laurel) Fischer, Gage Fischer; numerous great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Helen Casey of Johnson; brother-in-law Frank Waniska of Omaha; other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 31, 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Auburn. Burial will follow in Sheridan West Cemetery at Auburn. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6:00 to 8:00.
