Charles Richard Stanley, age 89 of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Good Samaritan Society-Auburn.

Survivors include his children and their spouses Neil and Fara of Omaha, Sondra and Steve Westenburg of Auburn, Cindy and Don Munchrath of Omaha, Bruce and Betty of Omaha; grandchildren Grant Stanley, Laura (Jarod) Hindes, Rachel Stanley, Bryce Westenburg, Brooklyn Westenburg, Brynn Westenburg, Taylor Munchrath, Michaela Munchrath, Kaitlyn (Jackson) Powell, Reagan Stanley; great-grandchild Naomi Hindes +1 on the way; sister Elva Jean McNeely of Enid, OK; brother and sisters-in-law Mark and Cindy Stanley of Longmont, CO; Joyce Stanley of Auburn; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be Saturday, February 18, 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Auburn. Burial will follow in Prairie Union Cemetery near Shubert. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting friends 6:00 to 8:00.
