Phillip "Todd" Dexter, 57, of Horton, passed away unexpectedly on March 3, 2023.

He was born February 13, 1966, to Wayne and Nyla Joslin Dexter. After graduating high school he joined the U.S. Navy and was in the National Guards Battery B in Horton Kansas. He married Angel Hudspeth in 1990 and they had two beautiful daughters.

He is survived by his mother, Nyla Dexter, wife, Angel Dexter, daughter, Marissa (Michael) Robinson, daughter, Perry Dexter, granddaughter Zola Robinson, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends.

Todd was a smart, loving, big hearted person that lived his life to the fullest. People were drawn to him for his funny disposition and he had a fierce, loyal and unbothered personality. He had a passion for motorcycles, and spent most of his life surrounded by them. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Todd was an amazing mechanic, and truly knew his Harleys inside and out. He was an active member in Abate for many years as well. He is proceeded in death by his father Wayne, and his brother Dennis Dexter.
