Esther “Sissy” Irene Morris, 89, of Elwood, Kansas passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Sissy was born on July 18, 1933, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Harry and Fern (Linegar) Harris.

She was a wonderful homemaker and a very loving mother and grandmother.

Sissy married Edward “Ed” John Morris on October 22, 1949, in St. Joseph, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 28, 2014. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and one great-grandson, Kye.

Survivors: daughters, Linda Stull (Tom), and Margi Clark (Rod).

Granddaughters, Rachelle Arnold (Brian), Crystal Clark (Mike Norman), Lacey Gabler (Mike), and Tina Slibowski (Jeff).

Grandsons, TJ Stull (Zack Harris) and Jeff Stull (Lisa).

Great-granddaughters, Brooklyn, Kalyn, Mariah, Linzi, Lexi and Maiya.

Great-grandsons, Dade and Landyn.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

There is no scheduled service.

Visitation: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Friday at the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Wathena, Kansas.

Burial: Ole #6 Cemetery, Frazier, Missouri.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Esther Morris Memorial Fund.
