Elaine “Sue” (Seichepine) Domann, 81, of rural Valley Falls/Winchester area, died Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at her home.

“Sue” was born August 26, 1941 at Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Walter John and Ruth Sewell Marshall. She was a 1959 graduate of Bishop Ward High School in Kansas City, KS. “Sue” worked as a co-owner and operator of a dairy farm in the Winchester area and an automotive parts store in Nortonville with her first husband, Edward Seichepine. She also had worked as a Florist in Leavenworth and Atchison. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Mooney Creek.
“Sue” married Edward Lewis Seichepine on January 18, 1964, he preceded her in death on October 22, 1977.

She married Dennis Lee Domann on December 1, 1979, He survives at home. Survivors include three sons, Eddie (Mickey) Seichepine, Nortonville, Jimmie (Lindsay) Seichepine, Grantville, Josh (Jenna) Domann, Topeka, one daughter, Josie (Vinnie) Southiere, Oskaloosa, 13 grandchildren, Jessica (Chase Tenpenny) Seichepine, Jordyne (Justin Self) Seichepine, Jentry Seichepine, Nicole Seichepine, Blayke Seichepine, Currie Jo Seichepine, Anna Domann, Eli Domann, Ethan Stephens, Walker Stephens, Jenna Southiere, Jillian Southiere, Jocelyn Southiere, and three great-grandchildren, Riggin Stark, Watson Tenpenny and Breckyn Self.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Nortonville. Visitation will be at the Domann residence from1:00 to 3:00 PM following the committal services. Mrs. Domann will lie in state at Barnett Family Funeral Home, where friends and family may visit 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, July 10, 2023.
