Jack Bryan Denton, 62, Denton Kansas, passed away peacefully with his daughters and his dog Simba by his side early Sunday morning, March 10 at his home.

He was born January 30, 1962, in Saint Joseph, Missouri to Jack Byers Denton and Betty Ann Hammersmark Denton. He graduated from Midway Denton High School in 1980. He attended Highland Community College for one year.

Jack Bryan married Deborah Lyne Scott, May 28, 1988. They had two daughters, Jackie Lyne and Kristy Ann. He had a passion for horses and cattle. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an excellent dancer. He had many jobs, but his favorites included working in Western Kansas as a Ranch Manager for Bertrand Cattle Company where he was able to ride his horse every day. Western Sunflower, where he met his best friend, Alex and wife Marcella. And lastly, working for Joe Montana at Big Sky Distributors. He loved preparing livestock with his family for the 4-H fairs and going on trail rides. His most prized possessions were his daughters and his granddaughter RaeLyne Ann.

Survivors: children, Jackie Lyne Denton, Kristy Ann Easterberg (Colton), granddaughter, RaeLyne Ann Easterberg, siblings, Shari (Warren) Bauman, Dee Anna (Jim) Maher, Debbie (Bob) Paulbeck, Jane (Rod) Rumpf, William (Dawn) Denton and Christopher (Audrey) Denton.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service: 10:30 A.M. Saturday, March 16, 2024.

At the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas.

Visitation: 6-8 Friday evening at the funeral home. Friends may call after 9 A.M. Friday.

Inurnment at a later date.
