Barbara J. Hundley, 75, of Atchison, Kansas died June 8, 2024, at Mosaic Life in St. Joseph, Mo.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30am, Saturday, June 15, 2024, St. Benedict Catholic Church, Atchison, Kansas, with Fr. Jeremy Heppler, OSB as officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Atchison. A rosary will be held Friday, June 14, 2024 at 6:00pm, at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home, with visitation following till 8pm. Barbara was born October 8, 1948, in Atchison, Kansas, the daughter of Frederick and Marceline (Compton) Zabel. She married Leonard Hundley on September 12, 1981, and he preceded her in death on February 22, 2023. She was a member of St. Benedicts Catholic Church. She enjoyed working in her garden, raising flowers, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Paul) Howard, granddaughter, Emily Howard and sister Jacqueline (Gary) Pauley. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband
