Jerry Wayne Anno, 70, of Humboldt, Nebraska was born on December 8, 1954, in Falls City, Nebraska to John and Lola (Reynolds) Anno. He was raised near Falls City where he attended Fort Hazel Country School District #51 and later graduated from Falls City High School with the class of 1973. Jerry then enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served his country until his honorable discharge. After returning from his military service, he returned to Falls City and painted for a body shop in St. Joseph, Missouri. Jerry then worked for Seid Implement in Falls City, Mac Tools in Sabetha, Kansas and finally for AKARS in Auburn.

Jerry passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at his home in Humboldt, Nebraska having reached the earthly age of seventy years, six months, and two days. He was preceded in death by his father John Anno and a sister Patricia Travis.

Jerry is survived by his mother Lola Anno of Falls City, siblings: Martha Davis and her husband Richard of Humboldt, NE; Fran Kuker and her husband Rick of rural Shubert, NE; Darrell Anno of Rulo, NE; Darren Anno of Lincoln, NE; brother-in-law Harry Travis of Falls City, NE; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Humboldt Cemetery with Pastor Howard Blecha officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the U.S. Naval Honor Guard.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family's choice with a later designation.
