Thomas Raymond Zeltner, 79, of Overbrook, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence, Kansas. He was born on January 16, 1946, in Huron, Kansas, the son of Bernard and Bertille (Wohletz) Zeltner.

Tom owned and operated his own car repair shop, Tom's Auto Repair in Topeka, Kansas for years. He just recently retired.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew.

Survivors include his brother, Richard (Dick) Zeltner and wife Mary, a sister, Hazel Zeltner Wiederholt and husband Fran and another sister, Connie Zeltner Torkelson and husband, Ronald, numerous nieces and nephews and a son, Tom.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Purcell, Kansas.

Memorials may be made to the Thomas R. Zeltner memorial fund to be designated later and may be sent in care of the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
