Dale Bachman was born in Rulo, Nebraska to Loyd and Louretta Bachman on November 13, 1941. Dale was the second oldest of five boys; Neal, Merle, Lyle and Alan. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Neal and Alan. Dale passed away at home in San Antonio, Texas on August 27, 2025 in the presence of his loving wife Dee Bachman.

As a young man, Dale obtained certification in Business Administration and began his professional career as a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch. In addition, he returned to his farming roots and worked as an engineer on the railroad. In his latter years, Dale started a trucking company in San Antonio, Texas.

Dale had a unique sense of humor that will be remembered by everyone who knew him. He genuinely loved reminiscing about his upbringing and all the people who were a part of it. He thoroughly enjoyed hunting, especially on their Double D Ranch, in South Texas, traveling, and spending time with family.

Dale is survived by his wife, Dee Bachman, daughters Cindy Bachman Bowers (Lee) and Stacey Lynn Bachman, grandchildren Alyse Lilie (Craig), Christie Lyles (Scott), Jessica Free (John), Katharine Beal (Taylor), and Jenna Cress (Caleb), and fifteen beautiful grandchildren. Final resting place, Jones-Bachman Cemetery, Rulo, Nebraska.

All are invited to a casual gathering in the implement shop at the home of Merle and Trula Bachman, 66102 709 Rd, Rulo. Saturday, October 4, 2pm-4pm-Come share memories and fellowship.
