Doris Anita Bruce, 77, formerly from Atchison has passed away Saturday May 10, 2014, at her home in Leavenworth.

She was born December 29, 1936 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the daughter of Patrick and Nellie (Romard) Doucette.
Doris is survived by three daughters,JoAnne White, Anita Chambers, Roberta Loyd (of the home) and one son Robert Bruce (Texas), seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and one sister- Linda Maclsaac{Florida).
She is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick Anthony Doucette 4/69, Nellie Mae (Romard ) Doucette 7/91, her brother, Patrick Arnold Doucette 10/2010, and brother in law, Lewis Macisaac 11/2013.
