We are taking applications for a Social Service Designee/Activity Director. Qualifications include a Social Service and Activity Director certificate. Must be willing to become a Kansas certified nurse aide.  We prefer someone with 1-2 years’ experience with elders. Duties also include working with families regarding admission/discharge process, and Medicare/Medicaid systems.

This position would be required to assist with resident transportation. This will be a full time M-F position with occasional weekend duties. Maple Heights has a great benefit package. Salary is dependent upon experience.
