(KLZA) -- A Falls City man suffered was injured Monday evening when his car collided with a rear tire of tractor about one mile west of the Prichard Corner.
Richardson County Sheriff Randy Houser said the preliminary report indicates 25-year-old Adam Lendermon was eastbound on Highway 73 and ran into the rear left dual of a tractor pulling a liquid manure spreader. The tractor operator, Gordon Keithley, was not injured. The incident occurred after the vehicles went over the crest of a hill.
Lendermon was transported to Community Medical Center in Falls City and later transported by helicopter to a Lincoln hospital for treatment of leg injury.
