Brown County To Host Teen Driving Workshop

Arming parents, and teen drivers alike, with the information they need is the reason behind an upcoming program in Hiawatha.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says it's no secret the many rules and laws pertaining to teen drivers can be confusing, and the informational workshop is intended to ease the burden(Play Audio :28 seconds)
Merchant says parents and teens alike, from any area county, are invited to attend(Play Audio :23 seconds)
Merchant says the workshop will be held in conjunction with the Kansas Highway Patrol, which will provide current informational booklets related to teen driving(Play Audio :15 seconds)
The workshop will be held Wednesday evening beginning at 6:00 in the Hiawatha High School auditorium.
