Search Warrant Leads to Arrest of Oskaloosa Man

An Oskaloosa man is in Jefferson County Jail on multiple charges following the execution of a search warrant.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department says an investigation initiated by deputies resulted in the execution of a search warrant Sunday at 11698 Kings Estates Drive Oskaloosa.
 
The warrant resulted in the arrest of 56-year-old Gary D. Farmer along with the recovery of stolen property from two Jefferson County residential burglaries, and a theft in Leavenworth.
 
Farmer was booked into the Jefferson County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana, traffic of contraband into a correctional facility, and three counts of possession of stolen property.
