The spring sports season has come to a close and the All-League teams have been announced in the North Central Kansas league, Marysville has landed eight athletes on the softball and baseball All-League teams.
For the softball team they landed three players on the first team All-League NCK team, two players in the infield and one as a pitcher. Pair of juniors, Dani Schwarz and Liz Vogelsberg each landed first team honors in the infield positions, while sophomore pitcher, Dani Fincham was also first team All-League. Another Bulldog infielder was honored on the softball team, also, as Lacy Uhlik earned All-League honorable mentionable honors.
Marysville's baseball team landed only one player on the first team All-League squad as senior Brett Crome earned that honor in the outfield. Crome did have three of his teammates earn honorable mention All-League NCK, all at different positions. Fellow senior, Trevor Moser was honorable mention in the infield, while junior, Garrett Eck and sophomore, Brock Watts, earned that honor at catcher and pitcher, respectively.
