No word of any explosives discovered following a “credible bomb threat” made late
Wednesday morning at the west campus of Doniphan County's Riverside School District.
Specific details of the threat-reportedly found in the form of a note at the campus in Wathena-are not being made public.

Nearly 80-percent of the students went home early; and, as they left, the search of facilities was underway, with local authorities, including firefighters, and the Kansas Highway Patrol, working to make sure no bomb had been planted(Play Audio :13 seconds)
The search of the facilities wrapped-up around 6:00 Wednesday evening.
Authorities have not made any statements regarding the outcome of the search, but there are no immediate indications that any type of explosive device was discovered.
