A huge congratulations to Sabetha Community Hospital's very own Shawn Weldin, Director of IT, on graduating from the Kansas Hospital Association (KHA) Leadership Institute! Shawn was part of a prestigious, 31-person class, all of which were nominated by their hospital CEO.
The KHA Leadership Institute is designed to cultivate the future leaders of Kansas hospitals. Over the course of the program, participants learn to hone their skills in a variety of critical areas, including effective communication, team building, and conflict management.
