An Ice Cream Social Fundraiser will be hosted Sunday, July 19 from 4 – 6 pm at the Powhattan City Park. Free will donations are accepted and all proceeds will be used to benefit the Powhattan American Legion – Wenger Post 373. Stop by and get yourself a summer sweet treat!

Old Fashioned Church Picnic at Fidelity 1948 Acorn Rd; 7 miles south of Sabetha. Buffet style Smoked Chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, homemade coleslaw, roll & homemade dessert. They will be serving Cafeteria style & to go meals

From 5:00PM to 9:30AM

Come out to the Shubert Christian Church for a Fish Fry on Saturday July 18^th starting at 5 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Then come worship with them on Sunday July 19^th to Celebrate their 155^th Anniversary during the service starting at 9:30a.m.
