On Monday of this week, the Morrill Public Library has something for all ages!

Toddler Storytime begins at 10:30 a.m., and the Knitting Club meets at 6 p.m.

On the second Monday of the month, the Diverse Voices Book Club will meet at 6 p.m. in the library's large meeting room and on the third Monday, the Evening Book Club will also meet at 6 p.m. in the large meeting room.

The Axtell Knights of Columbus Council 1163 are having their annual food drive from October 1st through November 14th. The theme is: "Buy a Case for the Hungry". All food will be purchased from Axtell Community Grocery Store in Axtell. Everything is priced per case. All food will be distributed locally to the Marshall County Food Pantry in Marysville and the Nemaha County Food Pantry in Seneca, KS. Please place your donation order that you choose at the grocery store located at 405 Maple Street, Axtell, Kansas. Cash donations will also be accepted. We also accept monetary donations if any individual, organization or company would like to donate to the food drive.
