(KAIR)--Despite last year’s failed attempt to secure federal funds for elevation of an oft-flooded stretch of highway that connects Missouri to Kansas, at Atchison, planning is underway to make another attempt. 

That was dicussed during the March 30 regular meeting of the Atchison County Commission.
