(KLZA)-- Voters living in the Arago / Barada precinct in Richardson County are reminded their November 8, General Election Ballot will be delivered to your address. That ballots go into the mail on Wednesday, October 19.
The Nebraska Secretary of State approved the All-Mail Election Precinct for the 2016 Elections.
Included with the mailing will be an envelope for the return of the ballots to the Richardson County Clerk’s Office. The ballots must be returned by the close of the polls on Tuesday, November 8. The ballots will be counted by the County Counting, and Canvassing Board on Election Day.
Other counties across Nebraska have determined that voter turnout is significantly higher and the cost of the election per voter is lowered in All-Mail Voting precincts.
