OHP Report On Fatal Saturday Evening Accident on I-35:
Fatality collision occurred 10-15-16 at approximately 1934 hours on I35 near mile marker 200 northbound, approximately 14 miles north Perry, OK in Noble County.
Vehicle-1: 2006 Cadillac, driven by Cheryl H. Isbill (sic), white female, age 63, of Fort Worth, TX. Pronounced dead at the scene with head and trunk external injuries, by Tonkawa EMS.
Passenger-1: Name Withheld, juvenile male age 3, of Wichita, KS. Not injured.
What Happened: Vehicle one was travelling northbound on the inside lane and crossed the center line and went into a broadside. Vehicle one rolled 1 time ejecting the driver approximately 40’.
