Goblins on Grand will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, from Fourth Street to Sixth Street on Grand Avenue. The location was shifted west this year to provide better lighting and to be closer to merchants who will be handing out candy to visiting children. The Halloween carnival is a project of Ponca City Main Street.

The Kay County Court Clerk's Office invites the public to plan now to attend the Second Annual Trunk or Treat, set for 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 29 at the public dock area at Lake Ponca.

The Court Clerk encourages everyone to invite their family, friends and neighbors to join the fun and to allow the little ones to Trick or Treat in safety. All activities will be in one spot.

This is a family-friendly event.

Ponca City's official Trick-or-Treat night is, as always, Oct. 31.
