(MSC News)--Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts, in accordance with a proclamation from President Barack Obama, announced that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff in memory of Shimon Peres, former President and Prime Minister of Israel.  

Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on September 30.
