(KLZA)-- A Humboldt woman was transported to the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn Monday morning with a possible lower leg injury, following a collision at the intersection of 15th and “I” Streets in Auburn.

According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office report, 76-year-old Auralee Bucher of Humboldt was westbound on 15th Street and 74-year-old Lyle Johnson of Auburn was southbound on “I” Street when the Bucher sedan and Johnson pickup collided in the intersection.

Both drivers said they did not see the other vehicle. There are no STOP or YIELD signs at the intersection.  No citations were issued.

The Auburn Rescue Squad transported Bucher to the hospital with possible, but not visible injuries.
