YUKON, Okla. (AP) - The Yukon school board is suing the district's former food supplier for allegedly overbilling the district by $427,000. The lawsuit dated Thursday against Sysco Oklahoma LLC asks for compensatory damages of more than $10,000, punitive damages of more than $10,000 and attorney fees. Sysco said in a statement that it disputes the allegations.
