Martin, Jean & Jackson, Attorneys at Law, are the newest occupants of a historic building at Fourteenth Street and Grand Avenue.

The stone building on the southwest corner of the intersection has long been known as the former Higdon's Florist building. A conservatory on the east side once held a greenhouse used by the florist.

Several other businesses have occupied the space over the years, most recently a salon.

The building has undergone some landscaping and maintenance to prepare for the new occupants, greatly improving the appearance of the property.
