Jesse Kyle Hand, age 38, of Ponca City is wanted by the Ponca City Police.

A search warrant was conducted on his home yesterday afternoon in the 1000 block of North Second Street. He was not present during the search.

Firearms and illegal drugs were found during the search and seized by police, and police believe he is avoiding arrest.
