Special agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested Austin Pelletier, 23, of Payne County on complaints of possession of child pornography, engaging in sexual communication with a minor by use of technology, and violation of the Oklahoma computer crimes act.

The arrest was made about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday,

Agents said Pelletier responded to a Craigslist ad posted by an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Officer.

The officer posed as a 14-year-old girl. Pelletier responded to the ad and engaged in sexually explicit conversations with the undercover officer, exchanging explicit photos.

OSBI conducted a computer forensic examination on a computer device of his and located child pornography.
