The Oklahoma Highway Patrol was on the scene of a non-injury semi rollover accident on U.S. Highway 412 and Old Keystone Road on the westbound side early Tuesday morning.
The roadway was reopened at 10:42 a.m. Tuesday.
The Patrol reports that the semi was hauling dairy cattle, and about 12 head of cattle escaped the trailer. They were herded to the service road and contained in a small pasture.
About 18 other head of cattle were still in the trailer and Sooner Emergency Services arrived to deal with any deceased cattle.
Both lanes of the westbound side were closed at 5:34 a.m. to upright the truck and trailer, with traffic diverted to the service road.
