The Perk Beverage Co. at 415 North 14th Street is now open.

The new cafe offers coffee, tea, real fruit smoothies, homemade bakery items and a daily breakfast and lunch menu.

Food items include a small variety of muffins, scones, quiche, sandwiches, salads and soup.
