(KLZA)-- A Rulo man has entered a plea of not guilty to drug charges in Richardson County District Court.  

20-year-old Chance Huppert entered the not guilty plea’s to a felony charge of possession of Hydrocodone and to misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. 

A jury trial is scheduled for December 7.
