(KLZA)--The Nebraska State Patrol is planning a special enforcement effort in Otoe County this weekend.

According to a news release from NSP Information Coordinator Deb Collins, troopers will conduct high visibility patrols and a DUI checkpoint in Otoe County Saturday evening into the early morning hours of Sunday, September 18. A $2,100 grant from the Department of Roads Highway Safety Office will pay for the added patrols.
