Three Ponca City residents were injured in a collision east of Ponca City in Osage County Tuesday morning.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported the accident occurred at 7:57 a.m. on U.S. Highway 60, near Big Snake Road, 1.1 miles east of Ponca City in Osage County.
Whitney Erin Roberts, 29, was driving a 2011 Ford Edge eastbound on U.S. 60 and made a left turn in front of a westbound 2007 Ford Focus driven by Dean Bigge, 81.
Roberts and a 7-year-old girl in her vehicle both refused treatment at the scene for their injuries.
Bigge was pinned in his vehicle for 30 minutes before being freed by the Ponca City Fire Department. He was transported by Ponca City ambulance to Alliance Health in Ponca City, where he was admitted in good condition with trunk injuries.
