(MSC News)--A Catholic priest with connections to parishes in Holton and Mayetta is currently under investigation for allegedly visiting websites depicting children.

WIBW-TV is reporting that the Archdiocese of Kansas City Kansas says Reverend Chris Rossman was suspended on Friday.

The archdiocese said they immediately notified the FBI once they learned of the incident and an investigation is underway.

Rossman is the pastor of Annunciation Church in Baldwin City and St. Francis of Assisi Church in Lapeer, Kansas which is also in Douglas County.

According to the archdioces, Rossman previously served as pastor at St. Dominic Parish in Holton, St. Francis Xavier Parish in Mayetta and was chaplain of Our Lady of Snows Oratory on the Potawatomi Indian Reservation.
