(KNZA)--A two-vehicle Brown County wreck Friday afternoon on U.S. 75 Highway near Sabetha sent two Dawson, Nebraska residents to the hospital.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says a van driven by 52-year-old Dover, Kansas resident Roger Hochstedler was stopped eastbound on 192nd Road when he failed to yield the right-of-way to a southbound SUV on U.S. 75 driven by 61-year-old Vickie Lynn Oliver and struck her vehicle.
Vickie Oliver and a passenger in her vehicle, 66-year-old David Oliver, were transported to the Sabetha Community Hospital for the treatment of unspecified injuries. Hochstedler was not hurt.
The Patrol says all three were wearing seatbelts when the wreck occurred shortly before 2:00.
