Ponca City Police arrested three people after a traffic stop at 2:38 p.m. Thursday at South 14th Street and Oklahoma Avenue.

Lisa Lucas, of Ponca City, was arrested on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (pills); conspiracy to commit a drug offense, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana); destruction of evidence and possession of drug equipment.

Cameron Welch, of Blackwell, was arrested on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (pills) with intent to distribute; conspiracy to commit and drug offense; and possession of drug equipment.

Damien Boyd, of Ponca City, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to pay a fine for petit larceny.

The vehicle was left secured at a business.
