(KMZA)--The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of a riding lawn mower from a rural Seneca residence.

The Sheriff’s Office the 2008 Z520A John Deere lawn mower was taken from 1256 U.S. 36 Highway sometime late August 30th or early August 31st.

The loss was estimated at $7,000.

Anyone with information on the theft is urged to contact the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office in Seneca.
