(KLZA)-- The Pawnee County Ag Society levy will be nearly 4.8 cents per $100 of assessed valuation while the levy for Rural Fire Districts in Burchard, DuBois, Pawnee City, Summerfield and Table Rock were set at approximately 1.9 percent.

Commissioners also discussed the 2016-17 budget proposal but no action was taken. 

Board Chairman Dennis Schaardt provided the Board with information he gathered during a meeting of the Johnson County Board
regarding the needed updates to the dispatching console system.

A presentation will be made to the Pawnee County Board on September 13th.
